The conforming loan limits for 2020 have been announced and with the continued appreciation in property values, the conforming loan limits have been increased from $484,350, to $510,400! This increase will help more homebuyers remain within the conforming loan limit when financing their home allowing for more lenient loan guidelines.

The high cost areas in Washington State, King, Pierce and Snohomish Counties, increased to $741,750.
